SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
Potential for flurries over high elevation mountain passes. When: Tonight through Monday. Where: Coquihalla Highway - Hope to Merritt, Highway 3 - Hope to Princeton via Allison Pass, Highway 3 - Paulson Summit to Kootenay Pass. Remark: Snow levels will remain at or below mountain pass levels in southern BC from tonight into Monday. A Pacific frontal system is approaching the South Coast. It will cross through BC tonight and exit by late Monday. Snowfall accumulations are expected but will vary depending on location. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. Road conditions are available at drivebc.ca.
